General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General - Scope
By sending the order the customer accepts the following general terms and conditions of DJETTI ("seller") for the use of the DJETTI online store.

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
1) DJETTI reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of orders in the DJETTI Shop. The acceptance of an order is at the sole discretion of DJETTI. If an online order is not executed by DJETTI, the DJETTI Shop will inform the Buyer immediately. (2) The Buyer's order on www.djetti.com represents an offer to conclude a purchase contract. A purchase contract is only concluded with the delivery of the ordered goods and the sending of a shipping confirmation. (3)

§ 3 Content of the contract
The contract text (the submitted order) will not be saved by DJETTI and cannot be viewed after the order process has been completed.

§ 4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be ex works to the delivery address specified by the Customer. (2) All information regarding availability, transport and delivery of a product are to be understood as estimates and approximate guidelines only and do not constitute binding or guaranteed delivery or shipping information. If DJETTI determines during the order processing that the ordered products are not available, you will be informed separately by e-mail. No purchase contract will be concluded for the unavailable goods. (3) The delivery will be triggered only after successful receipt of payment.

§ 5 Terms of payment
(1) All prices stated in the DJETTI Shop include the statutory value added tax. (2) DJETTI accepts the payment options displayed during the order process, such as payment via PayPal.

§ 6 Shipping and Refund
(1) Standard shipping: Please inform yourself about our shipping costs and conditions under the menu item "Shipping and Refunds".

§ 7 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of DJETTI until full payment has been received.

§ 8 Disclaimer for external links
DJETTI has no influence on the contents of links to other providers on this website and therefore cannot assume any guarantee or liability for these contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of these pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. Such links will be removed immediately if infringements become known.

§ 9 Applicable law
German law shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), even if the customer is domiciled outside Germany.

§ 10 Complaints
